Ticketnation organizer fees

Ticketnation offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The live plan prices, annual savings, and public commission rates are maintained on the Pricing page; use that page instead of copied rate tables.

What the commission includes

• Payment gateway charges and VAT are included in the displayed commission.
• There is no fixed per-ticket fee.
• Free events have no commission.
• Commission applies to the final paid ticket value after supported discounts.
• Each event can absorb the commission or pass it to the buyer.

Existing and custom terms

Organizer Billing shows the effective rate for the active organization. A protected legacy rate is labeled Grandfathered rate, and a negotiated rate is labeled Custom rate. The public plan rate is also shown when it differs. Changing a standard plan does not remove an eligible grandfathered cap.

Enterprise is sales-assisted. Contact Ticketnation through the Pricing page to review volume, support, and integration requirements before activation.

Payouts, refunds, and invoices

Payout, refund, and invoice calculations use the commercial terms saved with the order. A later public pricing change does not reprice a pending or completed order. Review order and payout records in the organizer dashboard, and contact support when a stored order agreement appears inconsistent.
