Create a Ticketnation organizer account

Apply from the organizer page and provide the organization and payout details requested during onboarding. Ticketnation reviews the application before paid ticketing and payouts are enabled.

Create the organization

  1. Sign in to Ticketnation and open For Organizers → Get Started.
  2. If the account already belongs to an organization, choose Create another organization.
  3. Enter the public organization name, review the organizer terms, and submit the form.
  4. After creation, Ticketnation opens the organizer dashboard for the new organization.

The organization switcher in the organizer dashboard lets team members who belong to multiple organizations change the active organization. Always check the active organization before editing events, billing, payouts, or team access.

Complete the public profile

Open Settings after the organization is created. The General settings page contains the organization name, public slug, bio, and website. Branding settings contain the public logo and visual assets. Save each section after editing it and confirm the public profile before sharing event links.

Organization names and slugs must remain unique. If the form reports a conflict, choose a distinct public name or slug rather than creating a duplicate organization.

Prepare the account for paid events

Complete the verification, tax, and payout steps shown in the organizer dashboard. These requirements depend on the organization and must be completed through the live forms; do not send identity, tax, or bank documents through ordinary support email.

Invite team members only through the dashboard and give each person the least access needed for their work. Billing, payout, and organization settings should remain limited to authorized team members.

Choose a plan

Ticketnation offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. View the current subscription prices, annual savings, commission rates, and plan limits on the Pricing page. Public rates are not duplicated here so this guide stays accurate when a policy changes.

  • Starter has no subscription charge and is designed for organizers getting started.
  • Pro is the recommended middle plan for teams that run events regularly.
  • Enterprise is sales-assisted for larger programs and integration needs.
  • Free events have no commission on every plan.
  • Displayed commissions include payment gateway charges and VAT, with no fixed per-ticket fee.

After approval, open organizer Billing to see the organization’s actual effective commission. Protected legacy terms are labeled Grandfathered rate, and negotiated terms are labeled Custom rate.

Before publishing

Complete organization verification, payout details, event information, ticket inventory, refund policy, and team access. Review the event fee setting to decide whether the organizer absorbs the commission or passes it to the buyer. The checkout preview remains authoritative for the buyer total.

If setup is interrupted

Return to the organizer dashboard and select the same organization from the switcher. Saved organization details remain attached to that organization. If a required page cannot load, retry before entering new information so you do not create a duplicate application.
