Mobile App Setup Guide

Overview

Get the most out of TicketNation with our mobile apps for iOS and Android. This guide covers installation, setup, and key features.

Downloading the App

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

App Store Download

  1. Open App Store
  2. Search "TicketNation Philippines"
  3. Tap "Get" to download
  4. Authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID
  5. Wait for installation

System Requirements

  • iOS Version: 12.0 or later
  • Devices: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
  • Storage: 150 MB minimum
  • Connection: WiFi or cellular
  • Language: English, Filipino

App Store Link

  • Direct link: apps.apple.com/ph/app/ticketnation
  • QR code available on website
  • Version: Check for latest

Android

Google Play Download

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Search "TicketNation"
  3. Tap "Install"
  4. Accept permissions
  5. Download begins automatically

System Requirements

  • Android Version: 5.0 (API 21) or higher
  • Storage: 100 MB minimum
  • RAM: 2GB recommended
  • Connection: WiFi or mobile data
  • Google Services: Required

Alternative Download

  • APK available for Huawei devices
  • Download from: ticketnation.ph/app
  • Enable "Unknown sources" first

Initial Setup

First Launch

Welcome Flow

  1. Splash Screen: App loads
  2. Onboarding: Swipe through features
  3. Permissions: Grant necessary access
  4. Login/Signup: Create or access account
  5. Preferences: Set your preferences

Required Permissions

  • Notifications: Event updates and reminders
  • Camera: QR code scanning
  • Location: Nearby events (optional)
  • Storage: Save tickets offline

Account Login

Login Methods

Email/Password

  1. Enter email address
  2. Enter password
  3. Tap "Login"
  4. Verify if 2FA enabled

Social Login

  • Facebook: One-tap login
  • Google: Use Google account
  • Apple (iOS): Sign in with Apple

Phone Number

  1. Enter mobile number
  2. Receive OTP via SMS
  3. Enter verification code
