Viewing and Managing Your Orders

Overview

Learn how to access, view, and manage all your TicketNation orders in one convenient location.

Accessing Your Orders

Web Platform

Navigation Steps

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select "My Orders" or "Order History"
  4. View complete order list

Direct URL

  • Visit: ticketnation.ph/my-orders
  • Bookmark for quick access

Mobile App

Finding Orders

  1. Open TicketNation app
  2. Tap "Tickets" tab (bottom)
  3. Select "Orders" section
  4. Browse your purchases

Order Dashboard

Order List View

Information Displayed

  • Order Number: Unique reference
  • Event Name: Title and details
  • Event Date: When it happens
  • Purchase Date: When you bought
  • Status: Current order state
  • Total Amount: Price paid
  • Tickets: Quantity purchased

Sorting Options

  • Most recent first
  • Event date (upcoming)
  • Alphabetical (A-Z)
  • Price (high to low)
  • Status type

Filtering Orders

  • Time Period: Last 30 days, 6 months, year
  • Status: Active, completed, cancelled
  • Event Type: Concert, sports, etc.
  • Price Range: Budget filters

Order Statuses

Status Types

Active Statuses

Confirmed

  • Payment successful
  • Tickets secured
  • Awaiting event
  • Can be managed

Processing

  • Payment pending
  • Verification in progress
  • Usually 5-10 minutes
  • Auto-updates

Pending Payment

  • Awaiting payment
  • Reserved tickets
  • Time limit applies
  • Complete or expires

Completed Statuses

Attended

  • Event completed
  • Tickets were used
  • Available for review
  • In history section

Transferred

  • Tickets sent to someone
  • New owner confirmed
  • Transfer completed
  • Record maintained

Problem Statuses

Cancelled

  • Order cancelled
  • By you or system
  • Refund processed
  • Cannot be restored

Failed

  • Payment failed
  • Tickets released
  • Try purchasing again
  • Check payment method

Disputed

  • Under review
  • Support involved
  • Resolution pending
  • Check emails
