Accessing Your Orders
Web Platform
Navigation Steps
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Select "My Orders" or "Order History"
- View complete order list

- Event Name: Title and details
- Event Date: When it happens
- Purchase Date: When you bought
- Status: Current order state
- Total Amount: Price paid
- Tickets: Quantity purchased

- Event date (upcoming)
- Alphabetical (A-Z)
- Price (high to low)
- Status type
Filtering Orders
- Time Period: Last 30 days, 6 months, year
- Status: Active, completed, cancelled
- Event Type: Concert, sports, etc.
- Price Range: Budget filters
