Who handles the ticketing for events at my venue?
The organizer does, on Ticketnation — paid tickets, free RSVPs, or registrations. Their event page names and links your venue, and the event appears on your venue page automatically. You host; the platform handles the ticketing plumbing.
How do booking requests actually work?
Organizers browse the venue directory, open your page, and send a booking inquiry with their date, expected headcount, and event type. It lands in your Venue OS pipeline, where you reply, quote your rates, and confirm or decline. Pricing stays between you and the organizer.
How long does it take to get set up?
After you send the form, our partnerships team reaches out within 3–5 business days. Setup is mostly gathering your photos, room details, and calendar — most venues go live shortly after the materials are in.
