Authentication Methods

We offer multiple secure authentication options for your account:

Email/Password

Standard account creation with encrypted password storage.

One-Time Password (OTP)

Social Sign-In

• Facebook Login: Authentication via your Facebook account
• Apple Sign In: Authentication via your Apple ID (iOS only)

When you use social sign-in, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from the provider. We do not access your social media posts, contacts, or any data beyond what is needed to create and authenticate your account.

Facebook Login — Data Usage

When you choose to log in with Facebook, Ticketnation uses Facebook Login solely for account authentication. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it:

• Name and Email Address — used to create or match your Ticketnation account. Retained while your account is active.
• Facebook User ID — used to link your Facebook identity to your Ticketnation account for future logins. Retained while your account is active.
• Profile Picture URL — used as your default profile photo. You can change or remove it at any time in account settings.

We request only the public_profile and email permissions from Facebook. We do not request access to your friends list, posts, messages, or any other Facebook data.

Facebook data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It is used solely to authenticate your identity and personalise your Ticketnation experience.

You can revoke Ticketnation's access to your Facebook account at any time by visiting Facebook App Settings. Revoking access will not delete your Ticketnation account, but you will need to use email/password or another sign-in method going forward. To delete your Ticketnation account and all associated data, see the Data Deletion Request section below.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by PayMongo, our third-party payment service provider. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

• Credit/Debit Cards
• GCash
• Maya
• Other e-wallet providers
• QR Ph

When you make a purchase:

1. Your payment details are securely transmitted to PayMongo
2. We receive a payment confirmation with a transaction ID
3. We store the last 4 digits of your card and expiration date for reference
4. Full card details remain with PayMongo under PCI DSS compliance

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Data Deletion Request

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data held by us, you can do so at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer atcorporate@ticketnation.ph. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line of your email. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt and begin the process of deleting your data from our systems. We will require some information from you to verify your identity before we can proceed with your request. This is to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it. Your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request, except where we are obliged or permitted by law to retain it. If this is the case, we will let you know. If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve your concern. Alternatively, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
